Reporting to the Director of Registration Services, the Assistant Registrar is responsible for managing the evaluation of student credits toward degree completion. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with Admissions, Advisement and other academic departments on issues related to curriculum and student-related academic policies.

The selected candidate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to Student Audit Evaluation program maintenance and production; coordination of Study Abroad and Exchange program registrations; evaluation of undergraduate records; processing of transfer, Advancement Placement and CLEP credits and NJ Transfer coordination as well as researching and compiling data for enrollment and graduation reporting.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Requirements include a minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a Registrar’s Office experience using a student information system; proficiency with MS Word and Excel; excellent organizational, analytical and presentation skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Powerpoint; Access and Banner Student strongly preferred.
