Supervise and evaluate the work of child care staff in residential setting.

Specific duties include the following:
Design, implement and supervise program activity pertinent to treatment plan goals of the youth

Evaluation of youth referred to the agency

Interview, select, and train new staff

Maintain administrative on-call duties

Schedule: First, second, and weekend shifts will be required

Required Skills

Required Experience

Bachelors degree preferred

Minimum of three years experience in child care with at least one year supervisory experience

Must have valid NYS Driver's License
