Assistant will aid and support general manager by contributing to tasks as described below and report directly to the manager. Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Maintain the highest food quality standards in the industry
-Lead, direct, and develop staff
-Train and work side by side with hourly staff while providing positive role modeling and mentoring
-Control daily restaurant operations including scheduling, ordering, inventory, and hiring
-Follow cash, security, IT, safety, and labor policies and procedures
-Responsible for routine maintenance of building, equipment, and overall cleanliness of the operation
-Make customer service and experience priority number 1

Annual salary range from $25,000-$35,000 and will be commensurate with experience. Benefits program includes performance bonus, health and life insurance.

-2+ year of managerial experience necessary, preferably in the restaurant industry
-High school diploma required, 2 or 4 year degree preferred
-Individuals must be highly motivated, hard working, and responsible
-Candidates must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to make quick decisions and use good judgment is a must
-Organizational and communication skills are essential in order to lead, train, discipline, and motivate the team
