DESCRIPTION

Posiition is located in Indian Head, MD. Responsible for the independent oversight at all Maryland locations for overall quality on the Joint Interoperability Test Command contract.

DUTIES

A. Ensure the Quality Control Plan is being properly followed.
B. Assess the QCP periodically to guarantee it remains effective in maintaining quality and make modifications as necessary.
C. Oversee activities of subcontractor, holding their performance to the Beacon Group standard.
D. Conduct periodic audits of personnel, procedures and operations.
E. Conduct scheduled and random on site inspections, customer surveys and interviews.
F. Participate in In-process reviews of the contract.
G. Recommend changes to documented business processes..
H. Foster and maintain working relationship with the Beacon Group's Senior Program Manager, Didlake's Program Manager as well as government action officers.
I. Provide weekly/monthly updates to the Service Quality Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
  • Superior organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Three years of Quality Control/Quality Management experience
Preferred:
  • Experience working in Department of Defense Environment
  • Experience working with government contracts
  • Associates Degree
