Reports directly to the Store Leader. Functions as the Store Leader in their absence. Completes all training competencies and requirements in preparation for promotion to the next level (Store Leader). Enforces company rules, procedures and policies at all times. Executes the company mission, corporate strategy, goals and objectives. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year prior retail / customer service / restaurant experience . Minimum 1 year in a supervisor role.
