Develop, coordinate, and implement strength and conditioning programs for Volleyball, Softball, Women's Gymnastics, and Rifle student athletes. Administer performance testing and evaluation for Volleyball and Softball. Assist sport coaches with on-campus recruiting and speaking engagements. Requires working long hours, weekends and holidays.
Bachelor's degree plus two years experience working with athletes in Division I Collegiate Athletics required. Experience equivalent to working with athletes in Division I Collegiate Athletics will be considered. Experience with setting up computerized strength programs and proficiency in testing of athletes and evaluating performance scores required. Extensive communication and organizational skills essential. Must be knowledgeable in NCAA rules relevant to recruiting, supplements, and exercise.
National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS) or a Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches (CSCCa) certification desirable.
