Ensure all required tax returns are timely and correctly filed (1120, 1065, 1118, 5471, 8865, etc)Ensure all tax provision reporting and reviews are timely and correctly prepared in accordance with ASC 740.Implement and maintain effective SOX procedures. Lead/participate in tax planning projects, as required.Participate and/or manage as appropriate income tax audits in timely and effective manner. Maintain abreast of tax law changes and regulatory pronouncements, and evaluate impact to the Company. Work within team atmosphere, extensive communication, proactive ability to work within cross-functional team
development and implementation skills; project management. Experience with Hyperion financial systems preferred.

Education:
Accounting degree, Masters Degree preferred- MBA/MAc/MSA/MST

4 years required, 5-7 years/CPA/similar experience preferred
Good understanding of state and local taxes and international tax principles
R&D tax credit experience
Multinational corporate, especially manufacturing experience preferred
