We seek an assistant with significant real estate experience. This is a perfect role for someone interested in being a part of a dynamic and fast paced privately held firm. Candidates should be organized, detail oriented, and able to work well independently; thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven, unpredictable environment. Exceptional follow through and good client interaction skills are vital. Strong computer skills are absolutely necessary (Mac is a plus). Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: client relations; scheduling; tours; managing files; data entry; proofreading; assist in ongoing marketing/advertising; complete property analysis; field work; visit properties; take phone calls and follow up thoroughly. Require d Skills/Experience:
1 Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2 Outgoing and outstanding personality/ Self Motivated / Good Image Proactive, Ethical, Courteous and Professional Demeanor. 4 Computer savvy with both PC and Mac and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (Photoshop or other graphic software is a plus). 5 Ability to learn quickly & work with minimal supervision
6 Real Estate license is a plus.
