This position is responsible for providing administrative, technical service, and support functions for the efforts to convert providers to electronic solutions. Responsible for data entry, filing, testing, marketing, and maintenance of new and existing electronic data interchange systems. Also responsible for educating the provider community on the latest electronic billing trends.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) Bachelor Degree with courses in healthcare, computer science, or business;
2) 2 years experience in a claims processing environment or healthcare business environment;
3) Knowledge of corporate computer systems, the latest EDI billing procedures and trends;
4) PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes;
5) Customer service skills.
