The people within the ISD (Inside Sales Department) at BMC Software are responsible for the generation and assigning of high quality opportunities to the Field sales Organization.
•Create qualified opportunities by outbound calling potential customers, and converting incoming customer inquiries.
•Working in a team based environment by collaborate with Field Sales Team on target accounts within in a specific territory
•Developing new opportunities and activities at high levels within set territory/vertical
Prospecting at C-level, VP and Director Levels
•Attend, absorb and utilize on-line training and organized training throughout the year.
•Four year degree
•Outbound calling experience in a corporate environment desirable
•Highly competitive streak
•Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Demonstrated strong leadership abilities
•Ambitious and driven to succeed in sales
•Proven record of accomplishment and over-achievement of goals
•Excellent communication skills written and verbal
•Salesforce.com experience desirable
