- Associates degree is preferred
Supports the Public Relations and Marketing Department in functions relating to internal and external communications. Provides clerical/administrative, editorial, and creative support, as well as coordinating various projects and programs. Assists in marketing Pocono Medical Center practices throughout the area.
Associates degree required; bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, English, or related discipline preferred.
Two (2) years experience in the field of marketing, advertising, public relations, English or journalism preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Computer literate with emphasis on Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal, written, and proofreading skills required.
Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation required.
Ability to successfully interact with stakeholder (patients, providers, payers and community) and other customers, families, staff, management, physicians and general public.
