Cintas is currently looking for an Associate Account Manager to drive execution of key projects and customer satisfaction through the coordination of internal and external communication while supporting the Account Management team. Responsibilities include account management and implementation, monitoring and managing pricing, report generation and analyzation, customer website maintenance, customer program audits and inventory management.
High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant business discipline preferred
Minimum of 1 year account/customer relationship management preferred
Minimum of 1 year of office experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email and Internet) required; Access and Contact Management systems preferred
Proven experience in problem resolution with collaboration
Ability to travel up to 10%.
