Post sale operations support the media sales organization Manage the traffic, execution, completion and
fulfillment of all requests for proposal (RFPs) Responsible for all procedures related to booking the
insertion orders, working with ad operations to schedule creative and execute revisions Ensure that
campaigns are delivering properly to minimize future issues (under deliveries, unscheduled lines,
exclusive conflicts, priority issues, etc.) Execute and deliver high quality answers to all RFPs Ability to
prioritize and deliver timely work Requirements BA or BS degree or equivalent experience Dynamic, flexible, hard-working, and highly organized Strong
Communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable in engaging communication on any level Excellent Project Management skills At least 1 years of work experience, including related online
business development, media knowledge, and deal flow or strategic consulting experience Exceptional
communication and presentation skills around strategic analysis and deal flow. Sales and business
development skills High level of comfort presenting key partner issues to management Experience
working directly with traditional and new media companies preferred
