With the Brand Manager this person is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the marketing activities and strategic direction of retail businesses. Manage various aspects of the business including marketing research, promotions, sales, research and development, operations, budgeting and working with advertising agencies. Lead & motivate cross-functional teams to achieve short & long-term business goals. Actively participate in annual brand planning process Analyze monthly/quarterly results in order to identify key issues, trends and opportunities.
