The Associate Consultant will design, develop and deliver the training and communication using emerging digital technologies to support workplace learning. The Associate Consultant should possess the following attributes:

Primary Requirements
  • B.S. degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, Human Resources, Instructional Systems Technology preferred
  • 1 + years of experience in Organizational and/or Technical Change Management experience
  • Experience and knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE) and best practices
  • Knowledge of conducting a needs analysis
  • Some exposure to Human Capital Management (HCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions or Google Applications
  • Some experience in developing and executing communication, training and user adoption plans
  • Some experience in developing communication messaging
  • Some experience in developing static (facilitator’s guides, participant workbooks, presentations, quick reference guides, etc.) online and interactive training content
  • Some experience in facilitating instructor led and virtual courses
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Some experience creating evaluations and assessments
  • Some experience developing with elearning authoring tools (Captivate, Jing, Articulate, etc.)
  • Some experience with communicating using Google Drive applications: Docs, Presentations, Spreadsheets, and Forms
  • Ability to travel 40-60% within the United States and /or globally if required
Duties
  • Conduct focus groups with key stakeholders to understand their training and communications needs
  • Develop a change execution strategy using inputs form the focus groups and other gathered content
  • Facilitate an impact analysis by defining the current state, future state, and the gap for each stakeholder group and or role
  • Develop a role matrix to define specific training/communication requirements
  • Develop a change plan (communication, training and engagement) based on the output of the change strategy
  • Develop communications based on the project events
  • Develop and/or deliver instructor led and virtual training
  • Develop elearning training
  • Provide customer with recommendations to sustain change and reinforce behaviors (user adoption)
