CREATETHE GROUP is seeking an exceptional
Associate Creative Director to join our creative team. The position
of
Associate Creative Director reports in directly to the Chief
Creative Officer
and is a senior leadership role at CREATETHE GROUP.
The ACD is responsible for leading and
inspiring the creative team in crafting innovative ideas,
impeccable design
solutions, and cultivate close client relationships. The ideal
candidate is a
sharp individual, with a great sense of humor, who thinks fast on
their feet,
possesses a strong ability to understand the individual challenges
of each
brand, and be nimble enough to switch from one to the other without
missing a
mark. The ACD should be a passionate leader who loves a good
challenge and is
brave enough to think differently while maintaining the highest
standards of
design usability.
The ACD candidate qualifications:
7+ years of digital/interactive experience in
design and art direction, creating large scale websites,
applications,
products, marketing campaigns, photography art direction
A strong understanding of grid systems,
responsive design systems, and an impeccable sense of typography
and graphic
design
At least 2-3+ years managing creative/design teams
A conceptual thinker that can execute and
articulate their vision from concept to production
A natural storyteller with stellar
communication and presentation skills
A creative who's a geek at heart, lives for
emerging technologies, and is hungry to keep learning
Their passion is bigger than their ego, a team
player
Copywriting, coding or motion graphics skills a
bonus
Lives life through an artful lens and
appreciates a good laugh
