This role of Brand Liaison is part of Distribution, Loyalty & Partnership Marketing organization and is an embedded member of the brand team leading Starwood’s Specialty Select brands – Four Points, Aloft and Element.

Job Description

This position serves as the partner to the Specialty Select brand team to effectively create and implement channel strategy by brand. The position ensures an engaging and consistent brand enhancing guest experience that reflects the brands essence and core programming with relevant and innovative experiences across guest touch points. The position is responsible for bringing the brand to life on web sites, mobile, social media and in our global customer contact centers working with each discipline to ensure the brands personality translates across all channels.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of website development experience - including requirements drafting, experience working with creative, technical and legal departments, Account or Relationship Management experience
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and collaborative process.
  • Self-starter; takes initiative, anticipates needs, strong follow-up.
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Intellectual and analytical curiosity - initiative to explore new ideas and technologies
  • Social Media experience – creating strategies through execution.
