Job Description

HR Generalist responsible for the strategic support of the Corporate functions. Incumbent will create, influence and drive a wide-ranging spectrum of innovative, world class Human Reources strategies aligned with Starwood's vision and designed to achieve aggressive business goals. Responsible for utilizing their knowledge of all aspects of the Human Resources function to see broadly across the organization and establish the global organization capability agenda for each function. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and will partner with them to build the change management plans necessary to ensure that each function is prepared for future talent management needs. Key areas of focus include organizational design and planning, process improvement, global talent attraction, development and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering or other related field
  • 6-8 years of progressive HR generalist experience
  • Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while maintaining results-driven approach
  • Highly skilled at envisioning, driving and managing complex organizational change
  • Creative thinking skills to develop win/win solutions for business issues that are recognized and valued by leaders, "Cutting edge HR expertise that possesses both breadth and depth, including superior knowledge of talent management, change leadership and organizational design
  • Proven, in-depth experience in assessing, identifying, designing and implementing talent management and organization development programs and processes.
