Associate Director, Sales Operations, Virology(Job Number: 1204195)
Lead and manage the Virology sales operation function to provide deliverables that align with sales force objectives and drive operational effectiveness. Provide insight in the development of and support the execution of SFE strategies, marketing initiatives, programs and communications platforms in order to ensure their operational viability. Plays key role in IC development, design and implementation of sales contests (including Best Performer). Provide sales force insight into POA brand and non brand workshop design, content and materials. Coordinate the development and execution of the sales business planning process. Partner with the sales analytics group which will create sales reports and analytics based on theneeds of the business. Monitor sales performance and manage operations expenses vs objectives. Act as the strategic liaison between sales management, marketing teams and all other operational teams.The ADSO is responsible for developing and managing two Associate Managers of Sales Operations.
Pharmaceutical experience or other relevant sales experience. Previous commercial operations experience preferred. Strong analytical skills in interpreting data and making recommendations. Previous product launch experience a plus. Experience in managing budgets & projects, preferably with regional and/or national impact. Sales management experience is desirable. Experience with Virology market knowledge is desirable but not required. Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with a broad matrix team and ability to influence others and achieve results.
