This role handles routine customer service inquiries related to human resources, compensation, and benefits administration. Works via email and phone, using both a call manager and ticket logging system. Answers questions by primarily relying on standard screens, scripts and procedures for call resolution. Works closely with team members and manager to escalate cases and sufficiently address customer needs. |
1 or more years of general HR experience
Must be comfortable working with HR applications
Ability to recognize situations requiring call escalation
Excellent interpersonal and teaming skills
Ability to follow standard procedures and scripts
Oracle experience preferred
Strong oral communication skills
Strong listening skills
Strong customer service focus.
Bachelors degree preferred
