ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER (ASSOCIATE MANAGER): Are you currently working in the service industry? Highly respected Property Management Company is seeking eager, energetic leaders to provide outstanding customer service to its clients, both internal and external. Interested individuals will assist three community association property managers, providing a variety of administrative and computer tasks, answering phones and attending walkthroughs and meetings, as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares correspondence relating to association business as directed by managers.
Receives and responds to incoming calls from homeowners, Board members and vendors. Follow through on various requests.
Processes and tracks violation notices to comply with association CC&Rs.
Obtains and summarizes proposals on various projects for community managers.
Coordinates clubhouse rentals.
Programs gate transponders and key fobs.
Orders additional keys, fobs, remotes, and transponders as needed.
Performs duties of community managers as needed, including attending monthly meetings and/or property inspections in the managers absence.
Processes incoming proxies by alphabetizing and logging on to membership listing.
Provides all necessary copies of needed forms, etc. for assigned association annual meetings.
Relieves concierge/telephone operator on an as needed basis.
Must possess a high school diploma Must have at least two years of customer service experience in an office setting
Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Must have the ability to read, to understand, to interpret and explain rules and regulations
Must be self-motivated, team-oriented, dependable, responsible, flexible and professional
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to communicate effectively with others in English both orally and in writing
Ability to lift up to and including 25 pounds
