Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist with all aspects of planning, development, deployment and evaluation of company’s numerous marketing campaigns.
• Help prepare briefing documents by gathering input from key stakeholders and concisely organizing the information necessary to initiate a project.
• Assist with company’s participation at tradeshows and events, which may include: research and planning, shipping and logistics, coordinating travel, organizing promotional activities, etc.
• Assist with all aspect of list management for customer and prospect communications, such as email, direct mail, etc.
• Assist with all aspects of planning, setup, communication and tracking of promotional offers.
• Help facilitate the process for creating and updating product collateral.
• Work with Corporate Support to facilitate requests/needs for corporate collateral, such as business cards, stationery, envelopes, etc.
• Conduct research on an on-going basis, with the purpose of: understanding our marketplace, gathering competitive intelligence, understanding our customers, pursuing new business prospects, etc.
• Assist with all aspects of content development (research, drafting, publishing, etc.) for a gamut of communication needs.
• Assist with preparing and circulating reports to key stakeholders with appropriate frequency.
• Pull data from various sources and process as appropriate for each respective report type, such as: campaign results, lead activity, ROI performance, social media exposure, survey results, web analytics, etc.
• Provide project status to key stakeholders with appropriate frequency.
• Develop project timelines and update them accordingly throughout each project.
• Facilitate review and/or input by key stakeholders at the respective stages throughout a project.
• Ensure all efforts adhere to schedules and deadlines.
• Continually seek ways to improve/streamline process flow.
• Help ensure brand standards are maintained and best practices are exemplified by the work you develop.
• Assist in developing and regularly updating project budgets, as well as submitting and tracking all estimates, purchase orders, invoices, etc.
• Assist in sourcing, vetting and managing vendors related to: production of marketing materials, deployment of channel tactics, logistics for events, etc.
• Maintain the corporate marketing calendar and publish throughout the company.
• Perform general clerical/administrative tasks as needed.

Standard Qualifications:

We’re seeking a candidate with:
• Solid understanding of integrated, multi-channel B2B marketing
• Past experience with lead generation marketing
• Past experience with as many of these marketing channels, as possible: database marketing, direct marketing, tradeshows, multi-day events, direct mail, print advertising, content marketing (blogs, whitepapers, etc.), social media/networking, email marketing, e-newsletters, search marketing, web, webinars
• Strong critical, creative and strategic thinking skills; and ability to apply these in problem solving
• Ability to take initiative and move projects forward with limited direction
• Aptitude to quickly understand our organization and product/service offerings.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing
• Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time

TECHNOLOGY SKILLSET
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with core Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platform
• Experience using ESPs such as ExactTarget, MailChimp, etc.
• Basic HTML and CSS skills
