The Associate Marketing Manager will manage commercialization initiatives supporting Cell Therapy products for human and companion animal use.

The Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing effective Marketing programs and initiatives to maintain and support the growth of cell therapy animal health products. Involves daily interaction with Sales, Marketing Communications, and Technical Support to develop new marketing initiatives. Coordinate with internal Accounting, Supply Chain and Quality groups to support Sales.

Evaluate opportunities to implement new marketing initiatives and address barriers to sales, considering market conditions, customer feedback, competitive landscape, and advancements in the field.

Develop and maintain a marketing plan to address specific market opportunities.

Implement the marketing plan, coordinating work across a broad cross-functional team.

Monitor performance of the marketing plan.

Communicate written and verbal status updates throughout the marketing plan life cycle.

Coordinating with internal groups such as finance, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain to maintain an uninterrupted supply of product to our customers.

Evaluating market opportunities in cutting edge and rapidly evolving market place of cellular therapy.

Develop and play a role in delivering presentations for all levels of management as well as for other internal and external audiences.

Provide timely and accurate feedback and manage communications to appropriate management on key issues regarding services.

BS degree in Life Sciences (Biology or Healthcare related), Business or related discipline.

2 – 5 years sales or marketing experience in Life Science, Medical, Biotechnology or Animal Health related field.

Demonstrated experience working independently, managing multiple priorities and marketing projects with dynamic timelines to execution.

Proven experience working in a highly technical organization interacting with scientific and technical personnel; including field sales, medical doctors and engineers.

Experience identifying new opportunities for growth and communicating these opportunities successfully, including working with diverse cross functional teams and managing projects.

Experience translating Marketing data to business recommendations.

Experience developing and delivering presentations to various levels of the organization.

Experience in cell therapy a plus.

Must be able to travel up to 40% in the Western Hemisphere including travel to customers, meetings and technical conferences/exhibits with 10% being typical.
