The Associate Product Manager will have a unique opportunity to work closely with several different areas of the business. They will directly support the Product Managers and Marketing Manager in analyzing information about Charter Steel's current and potential market opportunities. They will participate with the Sales Team in collecting information and implementing Product/Market strategies while interacting with the Pricing Administration Team. They will support existing and new product offerings while working with the planning, operations, finance, and technical areas of Charter Steel.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business or engineering
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A solid understanding of marketing principals and the volume/cost/price relationship
Ability to demonstrate analytical skills in gathering data from multiple sources and providing recommendations
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with individuals at a variety of levels in the organization
Ability to work independently and drive self for results
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
