Location: Winona, Minnesota
Responsibilities:
***Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in educational assessment and other course related to incumbent's expertise
***Participate in the College of Education Accreditation & Assessment Leadership Team
***Provide leadership to the College of Education and the Professional Education Unit on instructional and applied matters of assessment
***Collaborate with Institutional Planning and Assessment Research (IPAR) on unit assessment initiatives
***Serve on department, college, and university accreditation committees
***Maintain an active program of scholarship
Minimum Qualifications:
***An earned doctorate in Educational Assessment and Measurement, Educational Psychology, Educational Research or a closely related field
***Previous undergraduate teaching or comparable experience
***Previous experience with evidenced-based program assessment
***Demonstrated evidence of integration of current and emergent technologies into teaching and/or assessment
Preferred Qualifications:
***Record of successful K-12 teaching experience
***Previous undergraduate teaching experience or K-12 training experience in one or more of the following: educational assessment, instructional planning, or curricular design
***Knowledge of current educational reforms and their relationship to educational program development
***Demonstrated experience with project management
***Knowledge of the NCATE accreditation process
***Solid interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administration
***Working knowledge or familiarity with Taskstream or a similar data management tool
***Demonstrated knowledge of and interest in working with diverse cultures/populations
