The Department of Economics at Iowa State University seeks to hire a tenured Associate Professor in Agribusiness. The successful applicant will be expected to develop, or maintain, an innovative teaching and research program addressing key issues for modern agribusiness, to publish regularly in top economics journals, to provide high quality teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and to supervise graduate student research. Successful applicants will also be expected to seek external grant and contract funding.
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Economics, Agricultural Economics, or related field and a demonstrated record of accomplishments in teaching and scholarship, including an outstanding publication record.
Preferred Qualifications
Publications in leading peer-reviewed journals. Demonstrated teaching excellence. Record of success in grant and contract funding.

Commensurate with qualifications
