The Department of Psychology at Rollins College invites applicants for a tenure track Associate Professor of Psychology position beginning August 2013.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field and show evidence of outstanding teaching and excellence in research.

Administrative experience is desirable as the position includes serving as Director of Psychology and Organizational Behavior majors in the Holt Evening Degree program. The successful candidate will join a collegial team of 11 faculty in Psychology and be expected to teach undergraduate courses like Introductory Psychology, Statistics, Research Methods, and topical courses in his or her area of specialization in both the Arts & Sciences and the Holt Evening Degree programs.
