Job Description:
  • Internal and External Project Reporting.
  • Provide assistance to project controls staff
including working with data in the company’s Oracle
based accounting system (GBS). Candidate will set-up
and monitor costs on projects using GBS and other
company proprietary cost systems (In-Control).
  • Provide assistance with schedule development and
maintenance using Primavera (P6).
  • Candidate must be a self-starter and eager to
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management,
Engineering or Business (Accounting, Finance)

Job Requirements:
  • AA/BA/BS degree in related field or applicable
discipline preferred, or equivalent years
experience. Basic knowledge of applicable theories,
practices, and accepted procedures. Generally 0-2
years of experience in field.
  • Entry level professional position within the
department. Performs relatively routine activities
and tasks related to their area of focus. Typically
requires pre-knowledge of the principals and
practices learned through college course work or
prior work experiences. Develops broader knowledge
through performing structured functional
assignments, such as collecting and analyzing data
related to specific tasks. Greatest focus is on
learning and application of the department skills.
Able to learn and adequately demonstrate all of the
basic skills needed for advancement.
  • Computer proficiency required. Familiar with
applicable software applications and basic
analytical and problem solving skills related to
field. Accuracy and attention to detail important.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities is
important. Effective written and verbal
communication skills in English are important.
Commitment to customer service and ability to work
in a team-oriented environment. Ability to maintain
confidential information is critical.
  • Generally characterized as a "Learner". Requires
decreasing amount of task oversight and review
during time in position. Typically will interface
with departmental staff and supervisory and lower
level management, but rarely outside customers.
