is currently searching for a motivated individual for the role of Associate Quality
Control Specialist to support our Global Learning & Leadership Development
team. TeleTech's Associate Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for
reviewing and editing learning materials/courses in relation to both our global
clients and internal leadership teams. A successful candidate will have a
strong background in writing and editorial management.

Associate Quality Control Specialist Duties & Responsibilities will include


Reviews and edits detailed design documents to
ensure standardization in style, layout, design, and grammar

Reviews and edits learning materials/courses,
including instructor led, eLearning, job aids, etc., to ensure standardization
in style, layout, design, grammar, and functionality

Tests eLearning courseware functionality and
ensuring standardization

Continually focuses on developing tools and processes
to enhance quality control testing process and/or decrease review time

Reviews and edits content created in CourseLab,
Lectora, and other rapid development tools

Performs quality reviews for non-courseware items,
as needed, including project proposals

Specifications -

BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, English, or
related field

1-3 years of editorial and/or quality control

Understanding of Instructional Design and Multimedia

Excellent written and oral communication skills;
strong English grammar knowledge

Familiarity with CMS (Chicago Manual of Style) and
Microsoft Manual of Style for Technical Publications

Strong attention to detail and desire to follow

Ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in
a fast-paced and time-critical environment

Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office and
ability to learn technology quickly

Copy editing, functional editing

a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.
