The Associate Recruiter must be capable of managing recruiting efforts for multiple lines of business in a healthcare environment.
This is a temporary 3-6 month assignment.
Will be responsible for sourcing, scheduling and interviewing qualified candidates
Support hiring managers in identifying interview criteria and competencies Must be able to deliver results with little supervision
Support hiring manager during the interview process to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally
Assist with reference checks, background checks, salary recommendations and offers
Prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment
Must have the ability to achieve strong levels of internal customer satisfaction
Will also be responsible for New Employee Orientation
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Minimum 2-5 years of recruiting experience in the healthcare/biotech industry preferred
Proven expertise in customer relationship management
Must have strong communication skills
Ability to assist with recruiting strategies for sourcing, evaluating and selecting of corporate talent Strong negotiation skills preferred
Prior experience with Jobvite applicant tracking system or similar ATS Experience as a recruiter in a fast paced environment or agency setting preferred
BA/BS or equivalent experience and training
