Selected Graduates will have the opportunity to work in our Recruitment Development Center (RDC) and participate in an innovative personal development program designed to provide you with the necessary skills and resources to become an ‘Elite’ Recruitment Professional!

This Development Program is a full ‐ time position offering competitive compensation & benefits.

About the Recruitment Development Center:
The RDC mission is to provide individuals with the education, tools and resources to become ethical, talented professional recruiters. While most individuals did not go to college to become a recruiter, recruiters are the backbone of any successful organization. They are the professionals that find and recruit top talent for respected organizations throughout the world.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The backbone of staffing companies – recruiters are responsible for identifying top talent for their clients!

Learn the complete Recruiting Life Cycle to advance into a Technical Recruiter role.

Identify talent professionals thru innovative sourcing techniques.

Evaluate candidate resumes compared with client requirements while conducting professional candidate meetings.

Accountability – Responsible for reviewing resumes, screening candidates, submitting qualified candidates to Technical Recruiter, completing all tasks related to candidate assessment and managing a talent inventory of qualified candidates.

Performance Management – Responsible for meeting outbound calls, professional candidate conversations, candidate submittals, client interviews, and placement goals on a monthly basis.

Judgment – Capable of showing good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals.

Teamwork – Must be willing to work in a team environment to achieve RDC team goals.

Required Skills

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year College or University

Strong written and oral English communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment (i.e. athletics, organizations, leadership responsibilities)

Desire and motivation to grow into Sr. Recruiting/advanced roles within the organization.

Experience in a service-oriented business (i.e. retail, financial, mortgage, insurance, etc.), preferred

Competency with Microsoft Word and Excel
