Associate Recruiting Programs Manager
About the Role:
AdRoll is seeking an Associate Recruiting Programs Manager reporting to Director of Global Recruiting. The Associate Recruiting Programs Manager is responsible for driving the execution of the global recruiting programs strategy including research, evaluation, and implementation of programs during a defined schedule each quarter. These programs include recruiting software tools and systems, university recruiting, employee referral, internship, employment brand, and more to drive efficiency and effectiveness of a rapidly growing global recruiting team. This position is critical in coordinating all projects related to recruiting leading the trafficking of each project with all internal stakeholders. The Associate Recruiting Programs Manager maintains all recruiting program related information, materials and data and assists in developing and continuously improving processes to support the efficient delivery of information, programs and services.
Assists with assessing, implementing, evaluating, documenting and maintaining recruiting programs as outlined above
Coordinates the implementation of all recruiting programs
Works with cross functional stakeholders managing all recruiting project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
Drives participation on project teams
Maintains recruiting programs related information, materials and data.
Assessment and research of all programs related to tools and systems
Participates in the management of vendor relationships, including maintaining and tracking of budgets
Participates in the evaluation and tracking of the global recruiting budget
Gathers program evaluation data; assists with providing updates and recommendations for best program solution on an ongoing basis
Troubleshoots and escalates program problems.
Assists with task automation and process improvements, as directed.
Maintains established service level agreements to meet expectations and quality standards.
Provides support with project planning through the development of individual deliverables
Conducts research as requested to drive final decisions
Drives reporting of recruiting metrics as defined by the Director of Recruiting
Bachelors degree and 3 -5 years of related experience within a recruiter or HR organization OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with Google docs.
High degree of proficiency with MS Excel.
High level of attention to detail and deadlines
Must have a demonstrated ability to show initiative to solve problems
Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
Strong client service delivery skills.
Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
Strong presentation skills
Previous recruitment and/or HR programs coordination a plus
