The Associate Sales Manager is part of our In Store Bakery Division sales management development program which is a training/development program for entry level sales management candidates. Participants are actively involved in an intensive development curriculum that integrates an introduction and general understanding into Rich Products' culture, processes, products, customers and In Store Bakery.
The position will provide an opportunity to develop the competencies needed to be a successful sales leader. The individual will be exposed to multiple facets of the in-store bakery segment as well as corporate support.
The incumbent would be required to travel to World Headquarters in Buffalo, NY for initial training and corporate support development.

Bachelor degree in business or marketing
Demonstrated leadership in activities on or off campus
Ability to absorb information quickly and apply learned concepts into business projects
Willingness to travel 50+% of the time.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Previous work experience a plus
