The Associate Strategic Leader works with senior client leaders, clients and internal teams to shape client direct marketing strategies for Royall’s student recruitment initiatives, as well as to identify opportunities to provide increased value to our clients. As one of the central client contacts, the position monitors, maintains and builds the client relationship. Some travel is required.
A bachelor’s degree is required. A graduate degree is preferred. At least five years of experience in a consultative strategic leadership position managing relationships with key decision makers is required. Direct response marketing and account management experience is strongly preferred. Experience with leading teams, mentoring staff or account management is required. Higher education experience is a plus.
