The Associate Strategy Director is a highly collaborative role, as they
support and help drive the development of creative deliverables for the
agency. This individual reports to the VP, Design Strategy & Consumer
Research, and is responsible for developing strategy engagements with
existing clients, as well as leveraging these offerings to help develop
business with new clients. This position requires a blend of Business
Development, Consumer Insights, Project Design, Client Relationship
Management and Project Delivery.
The ideal Associate Strategy Director brings a unique mix of
analytical and creative skills to the table. Candidates are able to
deconstruct complicated brand and consumer issues, identify the
framework for success, and contribute to the development of visual
strategies. Likewise, the ASD must have a sophisticated visual
sensibility, constantly looking at challenges through a creative
lens. A strong foundation in marketing as well as design
& brand strategy is desired for this role.
