Enjoy technology and working with clients. You’re proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and are also comfortable working with customers on the phone.
Pretty much ROCK! You are a team-player and possess excellent communication, time management, decision-making, and problem solving skills.
Bonus points: You have prior experience in product support, technical support, or in an engineering role.
About the Position
Our Associate Support Engineers are responsible for providing technical support for Accruent’s real estate performance management software. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting, and resolving technical coding issues as well as working on complex problems where you will analyze the situation or data to come up with an all-encompassing solution.
What will our Associate Support Engineers do?
Serve as the first point of contact (via phone, email, web-based support portal) for Accruent’s Support Engineer team regarding software coding and technical data issues .
Interact with customers, partners, field teams, and software developers to provide technical advice and assistance.
Research and troubleshoot software issues. As needed, identify workarounds and communicate to customers.
Identify, analyze, and document product defects relating to databases, application servers and new technologies for product management and engineering team.
Maintain detailed call records for all internal and external customer interactions.
Prioritize and resolve issues of the highest technical and business severity.
Maintain a working knowledge of all Accruent-supported products and technologies.
Work with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Professional Services, and all levels of support.
May be involved in deployment or training opportunities internally and with customers.
