Due to continued growth Moen is seeking an Associate Target Market Manager to join its Wholesale business unit.

Responsibilities:
Recommend, pilot and execute initiatives to grow Moen share and profitability within the
Showroom/Remodel segment leveraging both pull (consumer and remodeler) and push
(showroom management and consultant advocacy) elements to gain discretionary
business.
Work with Target Market Manager to develop annual situation analysis and three-year strategic
plan to meet share and profitability growth objectives
Drive the implementation, communication, evaluation and reporting of programs
and promotions to drive sales for the

segment and further engagement levels with key influencers:
Manage the Showroom of Distinction program ROI and analysis, including tiering
administration and program benefit implementation
Manage Cash Flow Rewards program ROI and analysis scorecard
Manage the planning, execution and measurement of the INSPIRE seminar in conjunction with MarCom Specialist
Collaborate with Merchandising Coordinator to forge annual Merchandising strategy and
recommend initiatives and process improvements that deliver best-in-class
consumer shopping experience – leverage both traditional merchandising vehicles
as well as technology tools.
Collaborate with Market Research to identify research opportunities to drive further understanding
of the Showroom/Remodel segment
Work closely with Sales leadership and Showroom Specialists to understand market
needs and drivers and identify sales growth initiatives.
Collaborate with Marketing Communications and the Target Market Manager on the development
and implementation of the Communication Plan for Showroom/Remodel
Manage remodeling/K&B as well as architect/designer organization memberships and
continue to identify new ways to get involved on both national and local levels
Support new product development through the tollgate process with MarCom; leverage
current programs and pilot initiatives that will accelerate adoption of new
products and deliver growth objectives, with concentration on the showroom
Premium Portfolio
Work with Specialists and A&D BDM's to develop effective customer specific
promotions and events in with key metrics, tracking and reporting
Lead, mentor and develop Associate Target Market Specialist

Qualifications:
BS Degree with concentration in Marketing preferred (MBA a plus)
5+ years business experience with roles of increased responsibility
Understanding of BtoB or channel marketing a plus
Strong business planning, creativity and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to develop targeted strategies and initiatives
Demonstrated ability to define and measure marketing program ROI and effectiveness
Excellent time management and project planning skills
Demonstrated competency in oral and written communications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work cross functionally and lead teams
Ability to communicate and work in concert with all levels of management
Proficiency in software applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
