Responsible for administering accounts within fiduciary guidelines as well as the policies and procedures of the Trust Department. Position includes building and maintaining long-term, profitable relationships with trust clients through the administration of their accounts.
Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank’s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to job duties. Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required. Report any known violations of compliance policy, laws or regulations. Report any suspicious customer and/or account activity. If applicable, ensure direct reports meet the above requirements and take action to address employee performance issues.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients representing the assigned accounts.
Effectively implement the defined levels of client service, interaction and communication.
Review governing instruments for required and suggested provisions to allow for appropriate administration of the account.
Work with Investment Officers to establish investment objectives.
Identify client needs that might be met by Fremont National Bank & Trust Company products and services that are not being utilized by the client. Where appropriate, communicate and follow up on referrals to other areas of Fremont National Bank & Trust Company.

Knowledge, Experience, Education, Physical Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in related field (
Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Actuarial Sciences, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, technical ability and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Accuracy, memory retention and ability to work under pressure with a team of professionals
- Proficiency in managing competing priorities
