The Association Director of Member Engagement / Core Service Executive (Membership) will have responsibility for developing a strategic path for membership growth within the association. This includes oversight of annual membership budgets, planning and communicating membership promotions, and projecting and achieving membership goals. In addition to achieving net unit and revenue growth within each branch, this position will be responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of membership sales and service staff throughout the association.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with diverse populations.
Computer skills in Microsoft Office software (especially Excel).
Knowledge of the Daxko point of sale system is a bonus.
Valid PA driver's License.
A Bachelors degree with an emphasis on sales, marketing, public relations, or business administration / business management.
5-7 years of successful and increasing experiences in sales including prospecting, marketing, closing, retention and customer service activities.
5-7 years previous experience in supervising multiple departments or management level employees in related service industry.
Must be able to effectively motivate management level staff to accomplish organizational goals and objectives.
Demonstrated strong customer services skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have ability to create and deliver innovative program / marketing strategies.
Salary: $52,000 - $70,000
Additional Compensation Details:COMPENSATION PROGRAM:
The on-target earnings for this postioin will be $70,000 as outlined below.
Salary/starting rate of pay $52,000/yr
Commission: $1,500 per month based on meeting established Association monthly membership dues revenues as established int he incentive plan document.
(INCENTIVE PROGRAM WILL BE EFFECTIVE AFTER 1st 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT)
