Deliver quality audit services to our clients and their stakeholders. Perform audit procedures, especially focusing on complex and/or specialized issues. Plan engagement objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards and appropriately addresses risk. Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Establish expectations of value to be delivered. Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers, business trends, and emerging technical and industry developments. Stay informed of general business/economic developments and their impact to the client. Review the audit work of junior audit professionals. Conduct timely performance reviews and help to develop and guide staff and other junior audit professionals by providing effective performance feedback/training and ensuring team responsibilities are consistent with skills and developmental goals. Lead by example. Generate new business opportunities. Identify business development opportunities in the asset management industry and assist Partners and Senior Managers on proposals and new business opportunities by drafting responses, participating in the proposal process, building client relationships, demonstrating knowledge of client business and communicating directly with clients in the asset management industry. Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery. Maintain an educational program to continually develop skills. Maintain cooperative relationships with other engagement teams. Monitor the engagement team's progress against the plan and alter it when needed.


Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience; OR a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field plus 4 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, 2 years must be relevant experience working as an auditor for a public accounting firm.

Must hold an active US CPA certification or foreign equivalent.

Must have strong project management skills.
