This is a part-time position

Coordinate, develop and supervise all logistics for athletic home events and Academy of Art Athletics sponsored events

Supervise and hire part-time, independent and work study students

Assist in marketing and promoting athletic events

Manage Tickets Sales and Concessions

Release promotional materials to student body

Serve as staff liaison to outside services for facility rentals for entire athletic program

Maintain athletic facility budget

Assist Assistant Athletic Director for External Relations with annual fundraiser for the Athletics and Wellness Foundation

Oversee department calendar for all athletic programs

Establish ticketing with Assistant Athletic Director for External Relations

Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics

Bachelor’s degree

Schedule flexibility for home athletic events

Detail orientation organization

Ability to manage time sensitive projects
