We have an immediate career opportunity available for an Attendance Administrator at our Olean, NY location. We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail who can record attendance for a call center of approximately 300 employees. This person will also assist the Human Resource Department by performing Human Resource Assistant duties. Human Resource Assistant duties will occupy approximately 25% of this persons time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Accepting and documenting incoming calls from employees who are unable to report to work.
Adjusting entries based on the provisions of the attendance policy.
Running reports as needed so the management team can administer the attendance policy.
Communicating sensitive information/absences to management that may qualify for leave.
Approving requests for time off and entering into scheduling software.
Working closely with Workforce Team to make sure time off is appropriate based on call volume and client needs.
Scheduling interviews.
Performing file maintenance.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Recording, updating, and maintaining daily attendance activity in scheduling and attendance software.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality (critical)
Knowledge of FMLA, ADA (preferred)
Must have excellent attention to detail
Must possess advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work autonomously
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a minimum of 2 years of previous HR experience
Previous call center experience (preferred)
