Job Duties & Responsibilities

The Middletown New York Staff Counsel Office is seeking an attorney with jury trial experience in personal injury defense cases. The candidate must be able to handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial. The successful candidate will be required to prepare motions,memorandums of law, pleadings, discovery demands and responses. The successful candidate are required to provide reports and file analysis. Candidates must have strong client and claims communication skills, and have strong computer skills. Experience in PIP and UM cases is a plus.

Admission and good standing in the New York Bar is required. The position requires traveling between six counties.
