Job Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for an attorney admitted to practice in the State of New York with a Juris Doctor degree. Applicants must be willing to travel to courts and private offices within Nassau county. The chosen applicant will handle third-party liability auto tort suits from beginning to end including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting examinations before trial, attending court conferences, conducting arbitrations and trials and interfacing with clients.

Salary: $66,679 to $76,301 depending upon the level of experience, plus benefits.

Shift Information

Thia is a full time position, either 8:00 to 4:30, or 8:30 to 5:00, or 9:00 to 5:30, at the election of the associate.
