Cudd Pressure Control, Inc., an oil and gas service company, seeks an Attorney to negotiate and process Master Service Agreements, amendments, Work Orders, and related contract documentation. Must be able to work directly with other attorneys, thrive in a team environment, and effectively facilitate communications between the legal staff, field personnel, clients, and corporate executives.
The ideal candidate should: have a general knowledge of industry contracting practices; be a self-starter; and be able to process, interpret, and organize vast amounts of detailed information in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities and Duties: Processes Master Service Agreements, Amendments, and other similar contract documentation from start to finish Facilitates the maintenance of Contract files and records Coordinates the flow of information among team members Analyzes and negotiates contract provisions to ensure compliance with the company's policies, procedures, and Corporate risk structure Ensures the completion of internal processes Communicates with the compliance departments, field personnel, and upper management to obtain and disseminate information Participate in the implementation of an enterprise contract management system Reviews and search legal files for documents Takes accountability for monitoring, evaluating and improving contract processes and customer relations Provides support to business units on the use of contract forms Compiles the Contract Management Group's quarterly and yearly accomplishments
Education: Four-year degree and J.D. required
Work Experience: 5 -8 years of related experience
