The Audience-Project Management team is responsible for working with customers to deliver a targeted audience of survey respondents. The central day to day activities revolve around taking customers through the delivery portion of a project lifecycle. The key delivery steps within that lifecycle include the selection of targeted respondents from internal and external sources, launching projects accurately and quickly via multiple survey platforms, monitoring live projects to provide updates and recommend adjustments to keep the project on track, and closing projects on time so clients can analyze the results and deliver insights.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and customers
Proactively communicate with internal and external clients regarding project milestones, potential hurdles, and recommended solutions
Engage with customers through duration of a project
Collaborate regularly with the Sales and Operations teams
Report on project metrics such as expected project completion launch and close dates
Strong analytical, quantitative and deductive capabilities
Proficient in MS Office suite; especially with Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Manages workload with a strong attention to detail
Consistently delivers proactive recommendations to internal and external clients
At least 2 years’ experience working in client services or project management
Bachelor’s degree required
