The Audio Specialist will assist the Sr Audio Engineer and Production Manager or Account Executive in the selection and design of Audio equipment in response to the needs of our clients, based on budgetary guidelines and accepted technical standards. Other responsibilities will include:
Supervise labor crews and assist with the planning and organization of delivery, setup and dismantle of equipment at show site.
Shop projects and general maintenance of audio equipment
Interface with the Sales staff, Account Executives, Production Managers, Department Managers and the Sr Audio Engineer concerning event production and operational procedures.
Create or approve audio designs, equipment pull sheets for projects based upon event budgets, show requirements, client expectations and company standards
Show-site responsibilities range from Lead Audio Engineer, Monitor Engineer, Audio Assist, System Tech, and Equipment Coordinator.
Show-site actives include load-in, load-out, install, dismantle, labor direction, system engineering, console and equipment operation and client relations.
Work directly with Inventory Control to ensure complete equipment coverage on shows.
Coordinate and/or assist both technical and labor crews.
Oversee the distribution and return logistics of high end audio systems.
Assist with inventory control, equipment pulling, loading, tracking and restoring of equipment.

Have at least two (2) to five (5) years of related experience.
Associate's Degree Preferred.
