Our IT division consists of a state-of-the-art data center located in Greenville, NC. The data center services all information technology needs of Vidant Health facilities.

Systems Engineer (developer/programmer) are responsible for analyzing, designing, building, testing and implementing technical solutions for projects and service requests. Develops knowledge in an architecture platform or infrastructure technology and contributes to life cycle management and operational health of the platform. Writes test cases and report results. Executes implementation of technical solutions and verifies implementation success. Provides support until implementation stable, performing to expectations and turned over to 1st or 2nd level. Identifies, escalates, and resolves issues that impact infrastructure and application performance. Performs these activities following Vidant Health standards and processes.

Video Conference Equipment Maintenance and upgrades
System Monitoring
Digital Signage Hardware Replacement
Creation and Maintenance of documentation
Tech Support and Questions
Run Video Conference Meetings when necessary
Minimum Requirements
AA/AS or equivalent experience
4-6 years total work experience
Preferred Experience
Has knowledge of state-of-the art engineering technical approaches in design, build, testing, debugging problems as required by domain. (Infrastructure)
Audio Video and Conferencing technologies from Crestron, Extron, Cisco,
Video Conferencing Design, Installation, and Support Coordination
Digital Signage Design, Installation, and Support Coordination
Show & Share Design, Installation, and Support Coordination
