ParenteBeard is seeking Audit Senior Managers if it
Central PA offices: York, Lancaster, and Reading. Under
the general supervision of a Partner(s), the Senior
Manager has the ability to oversee a wide variety of
diversified auditing, accounting and/or tax assignments.
He/She ensures the delivery of quality client service
and maintains profitable client relationships. The
Senior Manager coaches and develops senior team members
and participates in business development activities.

Successful candidate will have a minimum of seven years
of public accounting or related experience along with a
demonstrated record of progressively increasing
knowledge, skill and responsibility. In addition, sound
written and verbal communication skills, an ability to
work independently or as part of a team and the capacity
to appropriately interact with all levels of Firm
management and staff, clients and other external
business contacts are required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required as well as
an annual minimum of forty (40) hours of Continuing
Professional Education (CPE) credits. It is the Firm’s
policy to require Senior Managers to be credentialed;
specifically; they must have a current CPA License,
Juris Doctorate, or be an Enrolled Agent (EA).
Individuals in this position must have demonstrated
computer skills and experience with accounting software.
A valid driver’s license is also required.
