      The Audit Department is seeking an individual who has experience performing and leading audit projects. The ideal candidate is one who has strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. This position will involve operational and financial reviews of Bank operations, evaluating risks and controls, and formulating audit findings and recommendations. You will have responsibilities that typically include (1) audit planning and fieldwork; (2) analyzing conditions and making recommendations; (3) communicating Audit results to Bank management and others; (4) following up on planned corrective actions; (5) establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships and communications; (6) supervising an audit team; and (7) participating as Audit’s representative in Bank and Twelfth District workgroups, task forces, and committees. In addition to your audit work, you will have opportunities to engage in strategic audit initiatives at the local and national levels.

      · Strong communication (written, verbal, and listening skills)
      · Good analytical/critical thinking skills and ability to apply sound judgment when making decisions related to business and financial activities
      · Ability to identify process improvement needs and recommend solutions
      · Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish collaborative team relatonships
      · Experience in performing and leading audit projects
      · Minimum of 2-4 years audit experience
      · BS/BA in Auditing, Accounting, or Business
      · Professional certification, CIA, CPA, CFE preferred
      · Up to 25% travel time required
